AGM & Statutory Registers

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once every calendar year according to the Companies Act 2014. Every company is required to hold an AGM within 18 months of incorporation. This is because the company’s first set of accounts are passed around the first AGM. It’s also important to note that 15 months shouldn’t elapse between AGMs.
