Who is this service for?

If there are no EEA resident Directors in your company, you need to purchase a bond. If there is more than one non-EEA resident Director, you only need to purchase one bond. The bond insures the company for €25,000 against certain breaches of the Companies Acts and Taxes Acts for a period of 2 years. After two years, the bond will need to be renewed unless you have appointed an EEA resident Director or if you have established a significant economic link with Ireland in that time. The Bond is provided to us by a Third Party financial institution. All Bonds are non-refundable.

Our work only consists of application preparation. The application may be rejected by the Companies Registration Office in which case our fee is still considered to be earned and payable in full. There may be additional charges should the application need to be revised.

This service is for Limited Company formation in the Republic of Ireland. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to act as a Director of a Company in the Republic of Ireland and also to own shares in a limited company in the Republic of Ireland.
